These 3 are great even into the 30s if you set them to 5 stars. I'm sure it's very well known, but if you kill the Wisps/Fireflies more will spawn to a point. In the Uldah one for example, there's a total of 6 assassins, 6 wisps, and 2 imps. 3k-4k SP is an easy gain from this on proper star rating and takes about 10-15min. to complete.

Necrologos: Thousand Fold Agony (Humblehearth)
These 3 are just more low drop rate kill fests.
